"The Kingdom of God" by Bro. Joe Hashemi in Camp Meeting 2011

“The Kingdom of God” is an excellent New Year’s message and is very easy listening.  In Camp Meeting 2011, Bro. Joe Hashemi explains the mystery of the kingdom and lifts up Christ as the reigning king.  It’s well worth your time and there is too much in here to miss it.

Happy New Year!

Christ’s Sanctified Holy Church Christmas Hymns

We are reminded that “Jesus is the reason for the season”.  These hymns focus on the salvation we celebrate and include “The Light of the World is Jesus”, “Beautiful Star of Bethlehem”, multiple renditions of “Joy to the World”, “O Come All Ye Faithful”, “O Holy Night”,  “Wonderful Story of Love” and many others.  There may be an Easter hint in several hymns.  May the Spirit bless you in these hymns on Christmas.

"Jesus Christ Is the Messiah" by Bro. Ed Merritt in Camp Meeting 1996

Bro. Ed Merritt delivered "Jesus Christ is the Messiah" on Monday night of our Camp meeting 1996, the year that Atlanta hosted the summer Olympics.  Going back to the fall of man in the beginning of Genesis, he lifts up Christ as the Messiah, the object of all scripture, and the Savior of the world.  This is a fantastic sermon and please take time to listen the rest of the service after preaching as the Spirit of the Lord blesses the meeting with a powerful conclusion.

"Sanctified" by Bro. Gary Collier in Camp Meeting 1992

In Camp Meeting 1992 Bro. Gary Collier delivered “Sanctified”.  From the Holy Scriptures he explains the necessary foundation of forgiveness of sins and the second work of grace that the bible calls sanctification.  As God promises His Word won’t return void, may the tremendous quantity of scripture in this sermon emphatically convince listeners of this critical doctrine.

This sermon was delivered about 25 ‘short’ years ago.  For ‘Our Folks’ who regularly worship with us, please especially enjoy the unity and support of delivering God’s Word manifest in the sanctioning!

"Don't Pamper the Old Man" - Bro. B.A. Hobby - Camp Meeting 1960

"I experienced 35 years of being pushed around by the old man..." - Bro. B.A. Hobby

On Sunday night of Camp Meeting 1960, Bro. B.A. Hobby began his sermon "Don't Pamper The Old Man" reading from Ephesians 4 which states "That ye put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts; And be renewed in the spirit of your mind; And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness."

Bro. B.A. goes on to enumerate the ways the old man, which is the sin nature, holds back the sinner and trips-up the converted man or woman.

He concludes by emphasizing the biblical truth that the old man must be destroyed and we must put on the new man (new nature) through sanctification (the second work of grace) to make it to heaven.

I also recommend listening to Bro. Harry Collins Jr.'s Spirit-filled opening prayer which is a sermon in itself.
