“The Lord Reigneth in Holiness” – Bro. Floyd Hagan – Camp Meeting 1986

From His Holiness God calls us if we’ll just turn our ear and listen.  Just as God guides the innumerable salmon, geese and hummingbirds He puts something in the soul of man that draws him back to God.  Preaching against a doctrine of suppression, from the Word he proves sanctification entirely eradicates sin and enables holiness.  Citing the examples of Lot, the harlot Rahab, Eli/Samuel, and Manasseh, he asks what will it take for you to seek God?

“The Urgency of Preaching the Gospel” – Bro. Jeff Price – Camp Meeting 2014

Bro. Jeff Price in Camp Meeting 2014 opened seeking a recovery of “The Urgency of Preaching the Gospel”.  In their vanity Cain and Nimrod depart from the presence of the Lord and in carnal drive begin to build cities to their name and sense of self-worth.  Abraham and the great patriarchs of the Old Testament, with God’s peace, dwelt in tabernacles “looking for a city which hath foundations whose builder and maker is God”.  The world gives peace by force; whoever has the most force at their disposal dictates the terms of peace.  God’s peace is separated from the beggarly elements.

“The Kingdom of Heaven is like unto…. ” - Sis. Joanna Basham in Columbia Feast Meeting 2016

Saturday evening of Columbia’s 2016 Mother’s Day meeting Sis. Joanna Basham delivered “The Kingdom of Heaven is like unto….”.  From Matthew 13 she reads the parable of the sower explaining that our inheritance is among them that are sanctified while the deceitfulness of riches will choke the Word out.  She moves on the parable of the tares to prove we have to be willing to do whatever it takes to make it to heaven!!  Our spiritual heroes have been our example in holding up the Word of God and He has blessed them!

"Let this Mind be in You" with Bro. Samm Jernigan in Columbia Co. Feastmeeting 2017

“Let this Mind be in You” - Bro. Samm Jernigan in Columbia County Feast Meeting 2017

Reading from Philippians 2 Bro. Samm Jernigan delivered “Let this Mind be in You”.  From Isaiah 48, he explains taking the Lord’s name in vain is more than just language.  The Lord is our only hope as the flesh profitteth nothing; it is the Spirit that quickeneth.  From our birth we start an arc that increases for a while, but ultimately follows a path back all the way to where we start.  Reading from Revelations 3, Bro. Samm applies the exhortation to the church at Laodicea to us today.
